Scary Movie Recommendations

Here are a list of some of my personal favourite scary movies. Some of which have scared the sh*t out of me. For all my scary movie lovers, or movie lovers who want to get into horror movies, this list is for you!

Gothika

GUYSSSS, this movie is soooo freaking scary! If you want something to truly crawl into your skin and stay there, then watch this psychological thriller. It's about a psychiatrist who awakens as a patient in a mental institution, with no memory of the murder she's accused of committing. As she tries to regain her memory, a vengeful spirit manipulates her. It's sooooo scary, I honestly couldn't even finish watching it. This is at the top of my bucket list for sure.

The Shining

How could I make a horror movie recommendation list without Stephen King? This is arguably the most iconic Stephen King films, and probably one of the most well loved and famous horror/thriller movies of all time. And rightly so. This movie really is something. Eerily creepy, original premise, and honestly some of the best acting in cinema history ever. That is not even an exaggeration. I'd be surprised if you guys don't know what this classic is about, but if you don't, then do yourself a favour and watch the movie!!
